BIM Modeler (Revit | Architecture Projects)

Position Scope

Role Brief This role is responsible for delivering high-level Revit-based BIM modelling and construction documentation, supporting architectural project delivery across large-scale and complex developments.

The focus is on advanced technical execution, producing accurate and coordinated BIM models, supporting documentation packages, and ensuring alignment with project standards and timelines.

This role goes beyond traditional drafting, requiring a highly skilled Revit user capable of handling complex modelling, coordination, and documentation within a structured project team.

The role works closely with Project Leaders and internal stakeholders, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale, high-rise, and multi-disciplinary projects.

This position requires someone highly proficient in Revit, technically strong, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced delivery environment.


Key Role Deliverables

• Develop and manage advanced BIM models using Revit
• Produce accurate and coordinated construction documentation and drawing packages
• Handle complex modelling and detailing requirements across project phases
• Support delivery across design development and documentation stages
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure aligned and clash-free outputs
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and consistency in all deliverables
• Contribute to the delivery of large-scale, high-rise, or complex developments
• Work independently on assigned packages with minimal supervision
• Ensure outputs meet project timelines, standards, and technical requirements
  

Education Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent


Minimum Years of Experience in similar role 

• 5+ years of experience in BIM, drafting, or architectural documentation roles
• Strong experience in Revit-based modelling and project delivery
• Exposure to large-scale or high-rise developments preferred

Technical System Experience

• Autodesk Revit (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
• Advanced experience in BIM modelling, coordination, and documentation workflows
• Experience working in cloud-based project environments

• Must Have Skills / Experience
  Advanced Revit-based BIM modelling and documentation experience
• Proven experience handling complex projects and detailed modelling requirements
• Strong background in construction documentation and drawing production
• Experience working on large-scale or high-rise projects (e.g. towers, commercial developments)
• Strong understanding of technical detailing, coordination, and BIM workflows
• Ability to work within a structured project delivery environment
