About the Company

Our client is an Australian NDIS business advisory and growth consultancy that helps NDIS providers build predictable referral pipelines through strategic sales, outreach, networking, and referral-generation strategies.

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage outbound sales activity for three NDIS provider clients. You will connect with referral partners, qualify prospects, and book qualified meetings for each client.

Key referral partners include Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, hospital discharge teams, Local Area Coordinators, and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Research and build prospect lists beyond the initial database.
  • Tailor outreach based on each client's services, location, and target market.
  • Qualify prospects and book qualified meetings into client calendars.
  • Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Track and report on activity, meetings booked, and pipeline.
  • Manage outreach across three client accounts while maintaining strong organisation and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, or appointment setting.
  • Proven cold calling and outbound prospecting experience.
  • Track record of meeting sales, activity, or appointment-setting targets.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection.
  • Comfortable using CRMs, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools.
  • Familiarity with Australian business culture.

Nice to have: Experience in NDIS, disability, aged care, healthcare, or allied health, and experience managing multiple client accounts.

Performance Target

10–12 qualified meetings per client, per month, or approximately 30–36 meetings across three client accounts.
