About the role:
Our client manages multi million dollar projects in the Industrial and Agricultural space.
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join the team. You will work closely with the Projects team to ensure smooth operations, efficient procurement, and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, order, and track materials and equipment
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and logistics
- Maintain project documentation
- Track milestones and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Liaising and dealing with suppliers
- Quoting of jobs
- Reporting to management on progress
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or project coordination in construction
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in construction is a must
- Proficiency in data entry and document management
- Familiarity with construction materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
