As the Shop Manager, you will:

• Engage with customers, providing a high level of customer service.
• Writing quotes
• Negotiate with Assessors.
• Ordering parts
• Manage relationships with suppliers.
• Liaise with insurance companies
• Manage the staff on the shop floor, making sure the shop runs smoothly.
• Deliver the monthly P&L to head office
• Manage quality across all repairs.

If you:

• Have experience in the panel repair industry or similar (ideally in a management role)
• Have excellent customer service skills
• Good computer skills - Ideally using IBody or similar.
• Experience writing quotes
• Have leadership skills
• Are obsessed with quality and have a high attention to detail
