About the role:

Work closely with your time as you manage files in civil litigation (motor vehicle property damage). This is a busy and interesting role where you will manage your own files and work with paralegals and directors alike.

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· Strong time management and organisational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple matters.

· High level of attention to detail.

· A mature and confident manner.

· An understanding of Civil Procedure and Court Rules.

· Experience in providing timely legal advice

· Mediation and negotiation experience

· Experience with trial preparation

· Able to liaise with clients and all other stakeholders in litigation

Guidance from the senior associates will be available in this role when required.
