Sales Support Specialist
Acerca del puesto Sales Support Specialist
- Manage and update customer and shipment information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate shipment schedules and container bookings.
- Request final approvals from customers and buyers.
- Process container releases at destination ports.
- Communicate directly with customers, providing timely and effective service.
- Prepare and share required shipping and sales documentation.
- Work closely with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to solve operational issues.
- Support the sales team and assist customers with inquiries and special requests.
- Perform other administrative and support tasks as required by the role.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, sales support, or administrative roles where problem-solving and coordination were essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
- Intermediate to advanced experience using CRM systems.
- English proficiency: C1 level (spoken and written).
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Escazú and Sabana.
- Willingness to travel occasionally in the future to visit customers in Central America or the United States.
