    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and update customer and shipment information in the CRM system.
    • Coordinate shipment schedules and container bookings.
    • Request final approvals from customers and buyers.
    • Process container releases at destination ports.
    • Communicate directly with customers, providing timely and effective service.
    • Prepare and share required shipping and sales documentation.
    • Work closely with sales, logistics, and accounting teams to solve operational issues.
    • Support the sales team and assist customers with inquiries and special requests.
    • Perform other administrative and support tasks as required by the role.


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, customer service, sales support, or administrative roles where problem-solving and coordination were essential.
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
    • Comfortable working with numbers and operational data.
    • Intermediate to advanced experience using CRM systems.
    • English proficiency: C1 level (spoken and written).
    • Ability to work onsite full-time in Escazú and Sabana.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally in the future to visit customers in Central America or the United States.
