RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct and coordinate staff who are in direct customer service.

Lead guest relations throughout the entire guest service cycle.

Coordinate matters related to the guest's stay and ensure that everything goes as planned.

Responsible for purchasing supplies necessary for proper operation.

Responsible for resolving problems with professionalism and ensuring guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

Technician, graduate or university student in administration, hospitality, tourism, F&B and/or related fields.

At least two years of experience in related positions.

Advanced level of English.

Intermediate level of handling Office packages.

. Food handling card.

Passionate about customer service.
