Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic Store Sales Associates to join our team and drive both retail and subscription sales. Your mission will be to engage every customer, build genuine rapport, identify their health and wellness goals, and recommend the right products to create long-term well-being solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with all store visitors using open-ended questions to discover needs and recommend products.
  • Increase units per transaction (minimum 3 products per sale) and convert walk-in customers to subscription customers.
  • Collect and update customer contact information (name, email, phone; ideally health goals).
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and subscription reports.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and clean store environment.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of successful retail sales experience (consultative selling, closing techniques, upselling, and subscription sales).
  • Proven ability to sell using benefit-focused language (not just product features).
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). At least C1 English proficiency.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills, empathy, and genuine care for customer well-being.
  • Quick learner with interest in the wellness, beauty and holistic products industry.
  • Results-driven, motivated by commission-based earnings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; university degree preferred but not essential.
  • Formal sales training or accredited sales courses (sales process, closing techniques, benefits vs. features selling).
  • Ability to work independently within a small team.
  • Full-time in-person role: 5 days/week, 9:00 am 5:00 pm.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $10/hour + commissions (expected total earnings: $20$30/hour).
  • Performance-based commissions with clear targets (45 subscriptions/day).
