Sales Advisor
We are currently seeking Sales Advisors to fill multiple positions in the Punta Cana area for a prominent company within the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Make effective and personalized sales presentations for potential clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and experiences designed for members.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with partners, offering quality after-sales service.
- Manage and update the partner database and track sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events to promote the benefits of vacation memberships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Provide regular progress reports and sales analysis to management.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required with relevant experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the tourism industry, vacation services, travel agencies, or real estate.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including rotating shifts.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to discern customer needs and customize membership offerings accordingly.
