The Role As the Regional Director for South East Asia and Australia, you'll own the strategy, operations, and success of the business across these markets. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will define the go-to-market approach, drive growth, and oversee the P&L for Singapore and the wider region. You'll also lead an exceptional team, nurturing talent to deliver outstanding results, and collaborate with the APAC leadership team to shape the future of the organisation.


What You'll Be Doing



  • Driving Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand the agency's footprint in South East Asia and Australia, achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
  • Market Leadership: Lead the evolution of the agency's regional proposition, adapting to local market dynamics and client needs.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Client Experience: Position Singapore as a centre of excellence for regional and global client partnerships, delivering exceptional client solutions that drive retention and growth.
  • Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with product leaders across insights, data, and activation to deliver innovative, omni-channel media solutions that set the standard in the industry.
  • Commercial Excellence: Oversee the P&L, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability for the region.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent the agency's expertise and vision through strategic marketing, PR, and industry thought leadership initiatives.
  • Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with publishers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
