In this go-to-market role, youll be at the helm of strategy and growth, leading the charge to establish and scale the business in Japan.


Your Mission:

  • Market Entry & Business Building: Spearhead our clients entry into the Japanese market, establishing a strong foundation for sustainable growth and brand presence.
  • Strategic Vision: Craft and execute a commercial strategy that resonates with Japanese agencies and brands, positioning the platform as a go-to solution for video advertising.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performance team, cultivating a culture of excellence and innovation as you drive our clients success in Japan.
  • Client Relationships: Leverage your network to open doors and develop lasting partnerships with key agencies and brand advertisers in Japan.


What You Bring:

  • Proven Leadership in AdTech Significant experience leading commercial strategies in the adtech, martech, or digital media space, with a focus on Japan.
  • Go-To-Market Expertise A track record of building and scaling successful market entries in Japan, ideally within a fast-growing or startup environment.
  • Strong Industry Network Deep connections with agencies and brands in Japan, with the ability to open doors and influence at senior levels.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit A proactive leader who thrives on building and growing new ventures.
