Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee digital campaign execution, ensuring precision, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing new ideas and methodologies to enhance the agencys digital capabilities.

Experience and Skills

  • Significant experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy, execution, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale digital campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, and Display.
  • Deep understanding of the Japanese digital landscape, with expertise in navigating local market nuances.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and build strong client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to drive strategy and performance.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to operate seamlessly in both languages.
