As an Associate Director, Marketing Automation, you'll be at the forefront of strategic leadership, driving innovation and results across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Campaign & Customer Journey Innovation Design, develop, and optimize high-performing, multi-channel campaigns that harness the full power of digital data and MarTech platforms.

Marketing Automation  Visionary Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, crafting solutions that integrate MarTech tools to meet their marketing and business objectives. You'll be the go-to expert for aligning platforms like CDP and CEP with overarching business strategies.

Strategic Opportunity Development Identify and unlock new client opportunities by understanding their pain points and tailoring digital strategies to elevate their digital maturity.

Executive-Level Leadership Lead workshops, strategic white-boarding sessions, and high-stakes discussions with senior stakeholders, co-creating roadmaps that guide clients through digital evolution.

End-to-End Project Ownership Manage complex consulting, implementation, and managed services projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals. You'll oversee everything from strategy to execution across diverse MarTech platforms.

Client & Business Development Take ownership of pre-sales targets, developing strong client relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You'll also be driving growth for both your clients and our business.



What You Bring:

Visionary Strategic Thinking You have the ability to align business goals with data-driven marketing strategies that make an impact.

MarTech Expertise Hands-on experience with key platforms like CDP (Tealium, Segment) or CEP (SFMC, Braze), and a strong understanding of how they drive marketing and business outcomes.

Leadership & Execution You've led large-scale projects and teams, delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments. Balancing both high-level strategy and technical execution is your forte.

Executive-Level Facilitation Proven experience leading senior-level workshops and strategy discussions, with the ability to influence and guide C-suite stakeholders.

Innovative Problem-Solver You have a deep passion for technology and data, always seeking out the latest trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Global Perspective You're ready to travel as needed to meet client demands and drive successful project outcomes.
