In this critical go-to-market role, you'll be responsible for strategy, client engagement, and revenue growth, establishing the business and scaling it across Japan.


Your Mission

  • Market Entry & Sales Growth: Drive the company's launch into the Japanese market, establishing a strong sales foundation and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the needs of Japanese agencies and brands, positioning the platform as a leader in video advertising.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Client Relationships: Leverage your industry connections to secure key partnerships with leading agencies and brand advertisers, driving long-term business success.


What You Bring

  • Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience driving commercial success in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media, with a deep understanding of the Japanese market.
  • Go-To-Market Expertise: A proven track record of launching and scaling market entries in Japan, ideally in fast-growing or startup environments.
  • Strong Network: Established relationships with top agencies and brands in Japan, with the ability to influence decision-makers and foster trust.
