d. The Company may also provide additional services such as resume/CV writing, career counseling, and interview preparation. These services may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

  1. Job Seekers a. Job seekers using our Services must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their qualifications, skills, work experience, and other relevant details.

b. By submitting personal information, including but not limited to resumes/CVs, to the Company, job seekers grant us the right to store and use this information for the purpose of providing our Services.

c. Job seekers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.

  1. Employers a. Employers using our Services must provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their organization, job vacancies, and other relevant details.

b. By submitting job postings and other materials to the Company, employers grant us the right to display, distribute, and promote these materials to job seekers.

c. Employers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to equal opportunity and non-discrimination laws.

  1. Intellectual Property a. The content, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on our website or mobile application are owned by or licensed to PEOPLE RECRUIT LIMITED. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials without our prior written consent.

b. By submitting any content to the Company, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such content.
