Experienced Senior Technician required to perform engine disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks within a regulated MRO environment. The role requires strict adherence to aviation technical data, quality standards, and HS&E requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform engine disassembly, assembly, and inspection tasks in accordance with approved technical data
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with aviation safety, quality, and HS&E standards
  • Promote ethical behaviour, collaboration, and integrity within the team
    Escalate concerns appropriately and support an open, safety-focused culture
  • Maintain and develop technical competency through continuous learning
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians
  • Support resource planning by ensuring tools and equipment are available
  • Assist with compliance tasks, escalating non-conformances when required

Minimum Requirements

  • Associate, vocational, or technical qualification in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, MRO, or related discipline
  • D2 level authorization or equivalent certification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an aviation or MRO technical environment
