Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential care and support to individuals with complex needs, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and social interaction.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of individuals, applying Advanced CPI techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
- Support individuals in maintaining independence and dignity in their daily lives.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow care plans tailored to each individual's needs.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Training only candidates with this certification will be considered.
- Previous experience working as a Support Worker in a healthcare or care setting.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
