Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care and support to patients with mental health needs.
- Utilise your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and person-centred treatment.
- Any additional responsibilities as directed by the assigned hospital or clinic.
- Community Psychiatric Nursing
Requirements:
- Possess take-charge skills, demonstrating leadership qualities and the ability to initiate action when necessary.
- Hold a valid Bild certification in PMVA (Preventing and Managing Violence and Aggression) and Breakaway training.
- Registered as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
