We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Support Workers for temporary shifts in Frinton-on-Sea (CO13). This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a person-centred, professional environment.
Essential Criteria

Up-to-date Mandatory Training (Skills for Care aligned)
Valid PMVA training

English language proficiency both spoken and written

Right to work in the UK
- Proof of immunisations (e.g. MMR, Hep B, TB) required for fitness to work clearance

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support with personal care and daily living activities

Promote independence, dignity, and social engagement

Adhere to individual care plans and maintain safeguarding practices

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider care team

Support community involvement and wellbeing of service users
