Sales Manager (MT/GT/water heating)
Job Description:
- Identification of market potential, needs, trends, competition, and pricing levels.
- Establishment of annual business plan based on market data with relevant initiatives and KPIs in the assigned region aligned with SEA strategy.
- Maintain a structured agenda on quarterly, monthly and weekly basis to reassure maximum business impact in the region.
- Be an “hunter” to develop business with company partners.
- Spend 75% of your time in front for partners/customers.
- Identify and develop channel partners for residential products (Modern & Traditional Retail).
- Daily visits to Channel Partners and developers to build product awareness and identify leads.
- Work with distributor/s to promote products to businesses and/or homeowners.
- Technically assist Residential Distributors, whenever required.
- Tender and price list management.
- Training of in store sales staff and management of merchandise / POS material.
- Manage price-related or residential negotiations with clients, always reassuring their compliance with company policies and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications (The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required and preferred for this position.)
Required Education & Experience:
- Degree from University or 8+ years sales experience
- Fluent in local language and some English capacity
- 5+ years sales experience in commercial building segment/sanitary hardware/durable goods.
- 5+ years being a “hunter” in sales
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Degree from university in business, communications, or marketing.
- Knowledge, experience & network in the Water Heating industry.
- Potential & Ambition to develop beyond initial role.
- Proficient in English
