Solution Consulting Manager (Merchandising and Operations Systems Team)

 Job Description:

An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a multinational luxury fashion holding company for the position of Solution Consulting Manager based in Ho Chi Minh.

Responsibilities:

The applicant will need good communication and organizational abilities to interact with business partners, vendors, and other internal team members as a vital member of the Merchandising and Operations Systems Team. 

They will be in charge of projects, services, and operations throughout the IT department and across several brand teams:

  • Own and drive application support, including production challenges and the delivery of technology solutions to meet the strategic aims and goals of global supply chains.
  • Accountable for project management from discovery to adoption, within budget and on time.
  • Represent the company's values and IT as needed in Vietnam and the surrounding Far Eastern regions.
  • Execute and support technology initiatives relating to the global supply chain of the organization.
  • Lead system development efforts throughout the whole project lifecycle, ensuring timeliness, quality, and business alignments.
  • Provide merchandising and operations, application solutions that are both flexible and long-lasting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years focusing on Supply Chain, ideally in the Fashion business.
  • Excellent project management abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with partners at all levels.
  • Can simplify difficult ideas in order to increase alignment and comprehension across all partners.
  • Excellent data analysis skills for evaluating the effectiveness of people, processes, and systems
  • Experience implementing large-scale, cross-functional, and international projects.
  • The capacity and willingness to work outside of core business hours and on weekends as needed, to collaborate with worldwide partners, and to offer solutions outside of normal business hours.
  • Enterprise-wide knowledge of business and systems.
  • It is preferable to have prior experience with the following systems: Service Now; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM by E2OPne/ecVision), Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC by E2OPne/ecVision), ERP - a mix of custom-created and industry solutions such as SAP Experience in retail fashion or other consumer items is a significant benefit.
