Sales Manager (Industrial Printer)
Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPSTION:
- Manage, supervise and implement overall projects (from personnel, budget, project schedule, ON INDUSTRIAL PRINTING INDUSTRIAL PRINTING INDUSTRY, ensure revenue targets, strategies from the Board of Directors.
- Define scope, make and submit project plans: time, direction, goals, progress, risk analysis & contingency measures, performance evaluation metrics
- Coordinate the development of guidelines, training materials, and other documents as needed to advance the project.
- Negotiating, persuading and taking care of customers throughout the project, especially in the transitional stages.
- Coordination and implementation of project management: Monitor project implementation progress according to specific timelines, assign and arrange detailed work for each member participating in the project.
- Analyze and evaluate the actual situation and advise the Board of Directors to make the right decisions;
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure and improve service quality
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience in industrial printers
- University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration or majoring in Printing - University of Technical Pedagogy
- Fluent English communication
- At least 5 years of experience in project development
- At least 2-3 years of B2B sales, preferably with business or project experience in the Printing and Packaging industry
- Knowledge of Project Management and Project Execution Process
- Age from 30-45
