An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading ERP service provider for the position of Professional ERP Consultant (Manufacturing modules), based in Singapore.
This role is open to locals or expats with Permanent Residence only.
Responsibilities:
- Take part in consulting engagements and be responsible for conducting implementation activities and providing high-quality deliverables for some of the most feature-rich ERP solutions on the market today.
- Collaborate with your Consulting Manager to manage and control tasks within the work plan, as well as take the lead on small project teams and engagements.
- Become a valued growth partner for our customers, working independently with them on short-term engagements with minimum oversight.
- Contribute to a wider implementation team, acting as a subject matter expert in your functional area as needed.
- Perform business requirements gathering, gap analysis, application mapping, identification and resolution of gaps, change in procedures, and proposed workaround solutions in effectively utilizing the core application.
- Responsible for functional and technical specifications. development, configuration setup, proof of concept and acceptance test.
- Perform Testing of the implemented system.
- Assist our sales team on the system demonstration to our potential clients.
- Perform project team trainings to executive level and functional user level.
- Perform some technical work including building reports, queries and simple customizations using embedded tools.
Requirments:
- At 6 years of experience in ERP projects with international corporations.
- Strong consulting experience in Manufacturing modules and have successfully implemented 3 to 5 full cycle ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of finance, logistics, distribution, material needs planning (MRP), or supply chain.
- Knowledge of MSSQL server, query, and Crystal reports are preferred.
- B.S. Degree or higher, preferably in Accounting or Business.
- Ability to prepare detailed modification specifications.
- Ability to analyze customers' business operations and make suggestions for process improvements.
- Ability to lead an executive management meeting and keep on track.
- Experienced in managing people, budget and equipment at the same time on a project and working closely with clients or customers on an ongoing project.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
