Sales Manager/Executive (Freight Forwarding logistics)

Job Description

  • Develop & Lead the Sales activities of Vietnam Branch
  • Hunter Role with Attractive Commission Scheme
  • Generate leads, set appointments and present business proposals to potential customers through various communication channels, including: face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc
  • Manage and maintain pipelines, respond to requests for information in a timely manner and remain proactive and responsive to prospective customers
  • Plan weekly sales calls
  • Follow up on all sales leads.
  • Submit Daily and weekly reports to management
  • Study the market inclusive, but not limited to competitors, carriers and manufacturers/customers to be updated on market trends, fluctuation, change etc.
  • Timely response to the Tenders/RFQs
  • Effectively interact with other departments including, the account management, operation & logistics teams, and finance department
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Business development in a freight forwarding company and established relationship with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills
