An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a leading South East Asia service provider for the position of TA Specialist (Thai Speaker) - Fully remote in Thailand. 

As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities. You aim to create an efficient and harmonious work environment while supporting the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Staffing and Recruitment (focus more on Igaming recruitment)

  • Conduct salary research to ensure competitive compensation packages for newly created positions.
  • Source, arrange, and coordinate interviews with candidates through various channels.
  • Prepare salary proposals for the selected candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Handle the exit process for departing employees.

2. Employee Relation (People Experience)

  • Address internal employee queries on HR-related topics.
  • Handle employee complaints and grievances.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
  • Address disciplinary issues and follow appropriate processes.
  • Resolve issues promptly to enhance job satisfaction.

3. Learning & Development

  • Assess training and development needs.
  • Designs and develops end-to-end learning solutions based on analysis and conducts content/material review sessions with internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Create and deliver e-learnings with interactivity levels that range from basic (i.e. static text and images on the screen) to advanced (i.e. multi-part, branching simulation activities).

4. HR Reporting and Administrative Support

  • Gather and analyze data to provide HR reports and surveys.
  • Compile statistics related to HR activities.
  • Provide administrative support for HR processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and records.

5. Ad-Hoc Duties

  • Undertake any additional responsibilities or projects assigned to you.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Have experience in Igaming recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ethical values and cultural awareness.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • People-oriented mindset with a solid understanding of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR administration.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skilled in data analysis and management, making informed decisions based on data.
