Job Description:
ASSISTANT BRAND MANAGER
Industry: Beauty & Personal Care E-commerce
Report to: Group Brand Manager / VP of Brand Development
Working hours: 9.00am - 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Responsibilities:
- Assist brand managers in shaping the brand's images and increasing profitability by developing and monitoring communications, promotions (consumer and trade), marketing campaigns, and activation on all channels
- Closely monitor and analyze the sales volume and budget used
Developing all the materials needed to promote the sales and marketing activities - Collecting data and analyzing sales performance and marketing activities to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other business and supporting teams in the company or outside of the company to ensure the business plan is properly executed to meet revenue targets or KPIs
- Assist in developing annual business plan & launching plan
- Prepare reports on brand performance and sales
- Following market trends along with competitor's activities to create a creative strategy to build brand awareness and increase sales revenue
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from any background
- Experienced for minimum of 2 years in marketing/brand of the beauty industry
- Up to date with the latest trend in beauty
- Fast learner and strong analytical skills
- Experience using computer and Microsoft application
