Sales Manager - Pharmaceutical Equipment

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to independently lead and manage sales activities within the Pharmaceutical equipment sector, working closely with manufacturing
companies, the headquarter team, and partners. You will be responsible for driving sales, completing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned sector

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans tailored to your pharmaceutical equipment sector, aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer demands, and competitors within the sector to identify new business opportunities.
- Set sales targets and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor individual performance.
2. Business Development:
- Identify potential clients and establish productive relationships with key decision-makers within your sector.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions from the range of products offered by company and its manufacturing partners.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales deals independently to meet or exceed sales targets.
3. Order Completion and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the headquarter team and partners to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery to customers.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with manufacturing companies and partners to resolve any issues related to product availability, quality, or delivery.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within your sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and order updates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any issues or escalations.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, order status updates, and analysis for management review.
- Monitor sales activities, order pipelines, and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales processes and strategies within your sector.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within the trading or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical equipment sector in Vietnam.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated, without a dedicated sales team in Vietnam.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving sales and ensuring order completion.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and virtual communication tools
