Report to: Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• In charge of the opening, implementing, and evaluating store operations
• Developing and maintaining the quality of the store team
• Keep the store running in a conducive way
• Creating strategies for increasing public awareness of the store & increasing sales at the store
• Analyze store operations and the latest trends in the market
• Responsible for managing and monitoring inventory
• Do other things that are requested by superiors related to store operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any fields
• Experience at last 3 years in Retail Management, from the retail or beauty industry
• Having operational, service, and budget management capabilities
• Having the ability to manage people
• Having knowledge of Retail concepts and the E-commerce industry
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills
