Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy & Analysis: Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to guide strategic decisions. Analyze financials, identify trends, and recommend cost reduction and revenue growth strategies. Monitor key metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Accounting & Reporting: Oversee all accounting functions (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll). Ensure accurate and timely financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow). Maintain compliance with accounting standards.
- Budgeting & Cash Flow: Lead annual budgeting, provide financial guidance to departments, analyze variances, develop forecasting models for resource allocation. Forecast, monitor, and manage cash flow. Optimize through efficient A/P and A/R management. Identify and mitigate cash flow risks.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Implement internal controls, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards.
- Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members. Foster a collaborative work environment. Support the CEO with data, reporting, and all finance/accounting issues.
- External Relations: Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities. Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve accounting, tax, and closing issues.
Qualifications (unchanged):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- CPA/ACCA certification (highly preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager or similar role.
- Experience in the FDI manufacturing industry is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- ERP experience is a plus.
