Missions:

  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions for industrial partners, distributors and project players
  • Identifying sales opportunities and working towards their conversion in order to boost top-line revenue growth and increase customer acquisition levels
  • Create new business opportunities with existing and new customers. To do so you would manage the existing relationship with customer and find ways to increase share or wallet with them

Activities:

  • Presents, promotes and sells products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Coordinates sales effort with team members and other departments to achieve agreed upon sales targets/outcomes
  • Supplies management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services through a CRM solution
  • Locates or proposes potential business opportunities (potential partners, potential business deals, potential projects
  • Identifies opportunities for new sales campaigns, services, and distribution
  • Identifies and develops the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators
  • Develops negotiation strategies and positions
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirement, developing and negotiating contracts.
  • Developing Key account plans and regularly reviewing them for an excellent execution

Qualifications

Skills and Level of qualifications:

  • Has a real commercial sense (Business Maker mentality) and a strong spirit for achievement
  • Has a very good negotiation and influencing skills while being customer oriented
  • Openness to feedback and strong desire to succeed / win
  • Highly self-motivated, dynamic individual but able to work as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • To enjoy networking and meeting new people
  • Ability to map the market and analyze the potential sales.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications on Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing/Business studies or related discipline
  • Excellent in both writing and verbal communication skills

Sectorial & Specific Project Background / Track Record Needed:

  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience in Sales and Negotiation skills
  • Willing to learn and adapt quickly
  • Has a very strong self-drive
  • Well versed with Salesforce is an advantage
  • Fluent in Vietnamese & English
