Job Description

• Guide Technical team to provide technical solutions to overall manufacturing process in the plant
• Guide Technical team to feed the sewing lines effectively in a way that minimizing changeover time.
  
• Implement Quick Change Over (QCO) process in the plant to minimize losses in line feeding and hence improve the learning curves of the styles
  
• Coordinate with sample department / preproduction and quality department on making approved samples to ensure that best production friendly methods are used for samples
  
• Work closely with QA Manager to achieve required quality standards by developing, suggesting and implementing technical solutions
  
• Make sure the proper functioning of pilot run process in the plant by guiding pilot run team
  
• Involve in developing skill levels of the employees by guiding them to effective ways of making garments
  
• Work closely with Maintenance team and suggest appropriate folders, attachments and other work aids to achieve correct quality standards and improve workers efficiency
  
• Work with the team and suggest the best method, work place arrangement and assist & lead them in implementing such changes
  
• Involve in the productivity improvement projects done by the plant management by providing technical guidance to the management
  

Recruitment requirement:

•  Degree from a reputed University Educational back ground with Experience in same level
• 03 years working experience in Technical department in garment manufacturing as a Assistant Manager
• Intermediate English skill to deliver an efficient conversation
