Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for checking and maintaining the evaluation implementation status of employees.
• Responsible for setting management evaluation criteria.
• Responsible for providing periodic evaluation data to employees.
• Report evaluation criteria status to management.
• Summarize monthly evaluation results of employees.
• Settle periodic evaluation data.
• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
  

Job Requirements:

• Education: College or University degree or higher.
• Experience: Preferably in human resources or evaluation-related positions.
• Foreign Language: Proficient in Chinese, with skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Skills: Data analysis, good communication, able to work under high pressure, quick and agile.
