Location: Bilingual K-12 School in Đồng Nai Province

Our bilingual K-12 school, with a proud 14-year history and serving approximately 2,200 students, is setting an ambitious vision for 2030: To become a high-quality school that meets international standards, inspiring both students and teachers through a modern and comprehensive educational approach.

We are seeking a dedicated VP of International Studies to bring this vision to life. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in K-12 educational management, strong leadership and inspirational skills, and a background in international accreditation processes. This person will be instrumental in fostering a positive, creative, and innovative learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Foreign Language Department: Oversee departmental activities, implement solutions to enhance student outcomes in English, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Teacher Development: Participate in the hiring, training, and professional development of teachers, conducting regular performance evaluations to maintain high standards.
  • Cultivate a Bilingual Environment: Build and sustain a truly bilingual setting that benefits teachers, students, and staff alike.
  • Accreditation and Quality Management: Guide the schools participation in educational accreditation and quality assurance with established consulting and accreditation bodies.
  • Collaborate on Marketing and Communication: Partner with the Marketing team to develop a strategy for the English program and other international partnership programs. Maintain clear, supportive communication channels with parents, through regular meetings, updates, and school activities, to foster a positive and globally integrated community.

Candidates should bring a proven background in K-12 educational leadership, experience in accreditation processes, and a passion for cultivating a vibrant and inclusive educational environment.
