Sales Director Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry
Work Location: Thailand
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to join our team and drive sales growth in
Thailand.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and developing strategies to achieve sales
targets and objectives in Thailand. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, expanding market share,
and building strong relationships with key clients.
Job Description:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets in Thailand.
Leading and managing the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure performance goals are
met.
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to penetrate new markets and customer
segments.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements to
effectively deliver solutions.
Collaborating with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure
alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement.
Monitoring sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Driving a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence within the sales team.
Staying updated on industry developments, market conditions, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand
visibility and expand the customer base.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any relevant field.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Experience in the bakery business promoting and developing products such as Chocolate, Margarine, or UHT nondairy Cream is a must.
Extensive knowledge of the food industry market in Thailand, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with
clients and stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive business growth.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Fluency in Thai and English languages.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
This position reports to the Country Manager
