Responsibilities:

• Analysis, design, and harmonization of (existing) roles and authorizations concepts as part of implementation project team.
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Monitoring cloud resources for AWS performance and cost optimization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving AWS cloud-related issues.
• Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of underlying AWS cloud services.
• Administer existing and deploy new AWS EC2 instances, and related infrastructure.
• Experience on migrating server landscape from on-premise to AWS or from other cloud hyperscalers to AWS.
• Managing SAP landscape and environments in AWS.
• Developing scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerts, ensuring a robust, redundant, scalable 100% uptime infrastructure.
• Analyse security threats and applicability to customer environments.
• Triage and resolve technical and user issues.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cloud solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies.
• Problem solving in user access provisioning activities.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting authorization issues.
• Documentation of (existing) authorization concepts.
• Support of role testing during implementation phases.
• Configure and Maintain SAP Security.
• Documentation for SAP Instances and interface.
• Ad-hoc duties/task as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years working experience related to SAP BASIS and AWS.
• Certification in SAP BASIS and AWS.
• Someone with a strong set of skills for a customer-facing, pre-sales role.
• A skilled pre-sales professional to create engaging and informative presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of a product or service.
• Experience with the creation, modification and maintenance of SAP authorization roles following highest state-of-the-art system security standards.
• Experience troubleshooting errors and access incidents regarding user provisioning and permissions
• Able to work in shift.

***Technical Competencies:

• SAP Performance Tuning and Monitoring.
• Good knowledge on installation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO and NetWeaver based systems
• Knowledge for database such as AWS, SAP HANA, SAP ASE, MaxDB, MS SQL, Oracle, and DB2.
• Knowledge for operating system such as Windows Server, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux etc.
• Experience using SAP Tools such as SWPM and SUM.
• Good knowledge of basic IT technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN, Firewall).
• Experience in working in a cross-functional team.
• Familiar with SAP Security and Authorization concept.
