We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Technical Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving adoption and revenue growth of our FusionFlow platform. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, sales acumen, and marketing savvy to effectively communicate the value proposition of our platform and generate demand among enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate sales pipeline for our enterprise cloud platform.
* Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, market trends, and customer requirements, and translate technical features into compelling value propositions.
* Lead the development of sales collateral, marketing materials, and digital content to support sales efforts and engage target audiences across various channels.
* Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify target markets and tailor messaging and positioning accordingly.
* Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target accounts through personalized outreach, presentations, and engagement initiatives.
* Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and webinars to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform and drive demand generation.
* Provide sales enablement support including training, tools, and resources to empower sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition and overcome objections.
* Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.
* Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product development and sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
* Proven track record of success in technical sales and marketing roles within the enterprise software industry.
* Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS).
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive demand generation and revenue growth.
* Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, able to prioritize initiatives and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and sales enablement tools is preferred.
