Job Overview:
We are on behalf of our client, a world leading in manufacturing & trading company, looking for Finance Deputy Manager who will in-charge finance operation for commercial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily oversee and manage finance & accounting activities (booking, reporting, tax).
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals
- Provide financial analysis & forecast, finance report, payment, inventory & cashflow.
- Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, MD, and related states-holders.
- Work with departments for budget planning & reviewing, monitor budget.
- Manage taxation, internal control plus accounting procedure, to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; ACCA, CMA, CIMA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of driving financial success in a commercial environment
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles, preferable in Financial Planning & Analysis.
- Good understanding of VAS, IFRS and tax regulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, preferable solid experience with SAP.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
