We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst (Japanese Speaking).

Our client is a Japanese expert collaborator, offering digital design to connect businesses with users and collaborating with clients in DX, service creation and digital initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, covering business processes, use cases, user experience, UI integration, and data requirements.
• Effectively communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements, both verbally and through written documentation, ensuring clear understanding of issues and solutions.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, overseeing progress, quality, risk mitigation, and proactive problem-solving.
• Demonstrate outstanding presentation, communication, and technical writing skills to convey simple and complex information to teams in Vietnam, Japan, and Thailand (designers, developers, UX designers).
• Work closely with clients to understand and exploit their requirements, showcasing good customer negotiation skills.
• Restructure information and create wireframes using tools like Figma and XD.
• Estimate project cost and time, creating detailed proposals for new projects.
• Contribute to operational design and establish operation systems.
• Plan and execute user research, including questionnaire design, user selection, survey creation, interviews, and results analysis.
• Define requirements and contribute to the definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
• Generate comprehensive executive reports.

Requirements:

• Have at least 3 years of B2B business experience;
• Fluent in Japanese (N2 or higher);
• Good Customer negotiation skill;
• Knowledge of planning and delivery skills (progress, quality, risk management...);
• Interested in UI/UX design;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to work independently;
• Communication ability: proactively disclose information;
• Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills;
• Basic IT skillset (can create wireframe, make proposals for clients, good communication);
• Experience on project management;
• Good English skills;
• Having Research (questionnaire design, interview) skills;
• Used to live and work in Japan.
