Overview:

People Profilers Vietnam is looking for an experienced Business Director  - will be responsible for driving the companys growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a proven track record of success in managing a business.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new agencies/clients through proactive outreach, responsive communication, and solutions-focused initiatives.
• Proactively pursue and secure new media/creative agency and direct clients to expand our portfolio.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and partners
• Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders
• Partner with advertisers to build, optimize, and analyze high-performing campaigns, driving revenue growth via renewals and expansions
• Consult agencies and clients to understand objectives, recommend best platforms, and develop goal-aligned campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth for advertisers or agencies through digital channels
• Demonstrated ability to create, develop, and enhance customer relationships
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in both written & spoken English & Vietnamese
