Project Leader/Project Manager (Testing/Japanese N2)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Communicate/Negotiate with customer in Japanese or English (Perfect if able to communicate in two languages)
- Bridge between Test Team and other stakeholders (customer, developer teams)
- Analyze project requirements, Identify work scope of testing.
- Create Test estimation, Test planning.
- Allocate tasks (Balance test resource adapted with required skill and scope/effort)
- Control & Report project health to Manager & Customer (Progress, Productivity, Scope/Effort, Risk mitigation, Issue/Problem solving).
- Design optimal test cases (using Company methodologies or best methodologies for project)
- Review outputs of team members.
- Report Test Results (able to clear the quality issues of project)
- Encourage, motivate, improve performances of team
Required Skills and Experiences
- University graduated, majoring in information technology (or 5-years and/or above of experience in software development project).
- At least 1.5 years of experience in related work
- At least 1.5 years of experience in Japanese working environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in Agile project (ISTQB Agile Testing is plus)
- At least 1 year of experience of team management with 5 members at least
- Good knowledge in Testing (know about test types, test methodologies, etc.)
- Good in comprehensive reading about Requirements, Software design documents
- Having the ISTQB Certificate is plus
- Language skills (Perfect if able to communicate in two languages)
- Japanese N2 or equivalent (especially communication skill)
- English TOEIC 600 or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent (able to discuss with customer)
