Consumables Sales Manager (packaging)
Job Description:
- Create and update the business plan.
- Account management including maintenance and development.
- Perform and execute sales process from packaging manufacturers to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to offer total solutions to customers.
- Maintain and develop existing customers by reinforcing relationship, service and support. Focus on understanding customer requirement and winning cross sales growth by new application or improvement.
- Search for new prospects and focus on winning new customers by understanding the demand and trend of the market.
- Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects to understand their evolving business needs and
position product solutions
Job requirements:
- 3-5 year experience in packaging sales
- Bachelor degree, Firm knowledge in packaging technology
- B2B sales of packaging including business development, account management.
- Knowledge of import/export and local regulations for packaging
- Proven performance
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good reporting skill
- Time management
- Self-development
- Critical thinking
- Business English, good at all skills
- Good at Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Ready for business travels (meeting, testing,
trial). In charge of Vietnam market
