An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a global BPO company, for the position of Delivery Leader, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role of Delivery Leader with at least 10-15 years experience in a BPO company.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L /costing / budgeting of the business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy. 
• Lead strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans and operational plans for the region.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Grow a business and deal with client and account growth, and manage country operations and delivery.
• Deliver to our client commitments with consistency and innovation.
• Manage operations metric with a very high focus on implementation - essential for process delivery as per SLAs/ SOWs.
• Must be able to ensure a strong sales strategy is developed and measured. 
• Support business growth by collaborating with Sales & marketing across geographies. 
• Collaborate across domains to share and understand best practices and implement where applicable.

Requirements

• At least 12- year experience in managing P&L and 10 years in a BPO focused on CRM / Customer Experience services 
• MBA/ PG Degree
• Must have hands on operational leadership experience; strong preference for business turnaround experience 
• Have experience in managing International clients and managing teams in the ASEAN
• Have experience in consulting, understands first hand program management, sales and how businesses work
• Have ability to drive performance and grow businesses
