Project Sales Assistant Manager (HVAC)
Job Description:
- Lead and manage sales staff across key projects/ key customers undertaken by the sales department.
- Support Sales Engineers in sales activities (quoting, tendering, contracting, forecast, visit customers, negotiating, and follow payment); as well as solve customer requirement.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to sales manager and management level, as well as analyze the results obtained.
- Attend monthly sales meeting and following delivery to meet sales target.
- Ensure the Sales Department complies with company regulation
- Liaise with internal departments as Design Team, Technical support, Logistic, Service After Sales, Accounting for daily works
- Maintain relationship with current clients; develop new customers according to the company policy and able to negotiate with decision making level.
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of similar management experience on project sales (residential, office, retail, hospital and factory) and understand of project tendering, especially on HVAC back ground, Engineering, Electricity
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills for liaising with colleagues, customers
- Good at communication, writing and speaking in English
- Good at MS Office, AutoCad, Work scheduling, presentation and organization skill
