HR Manager

 Job Description:

People Profilers Vietnam is currently looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will be required to provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The HR Manager will be expected to build strong relationships with the management team, and provide advice and support on all HR matters. They will also oversee the recruitment process, and ensure that all new hires are properly onboarded and trained. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, and have a strong understanding of the local labour laws. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
