Customer Service Staff (willing to relocate in Philippines)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling & Replying to customer inquiries through email, phone, and/a live clients.
  • Maintaining customer relations.
  • Providing feedback to Supervisor/head on customers' needs/feedback.
  • Preparing & Generating reports relating to customers' queries.
  • Researching into customers problems and providing practical solutions
  • Researching into any games/match/event information & statistics.
  • Recording customers queries/concerns into the systems
  • Data entries of event results into the system
  • And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor/Head of Dept. 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in any field.
  • Work experience of at least 2 years in customer service including online support customer support via live chat will be strongly considered
  • Vietnamese who can speak English and is willing to relocate in Philippines
  • Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools
  • Highly organized, self-motivated and able to work independently or with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all other programming used for presentation and marketing
    Must be knowledgeable in Sports.
