Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Taiwan Visual Merchandiser team to generate and design graphic content, as well as help with marketing event decoration.
• Create appealing visual displays, window displays, signs, and unique in-store marketing displays in accordance with Asia HQ guidelines to attract customers.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising management in Asia to conduct and exploit global materials in the regional market.
• Responsible for the entire design process of POSM and Glorifier. From concept development to implementation.
• Create and design graphics for use in advertising or social media to assist marketing communications.
• Make use of official assets to develop 3D channel plans and examine technical drawings
• Create a visual merchandising plan and planogram for channel display based on channel type and product.
• In charge of controlling the overall project timeline and making decisions.
• Communicate with vendors and monitor costs to ensure that the work is completed within budget.
• Act in accordance with the culture, products, image, and target market of the organization.
• Gain a thorough understanding of marketing trends and target audience preferences in connected markets.

Requirements: 

• At least 3 years of relevant job experience.
• Extensive expertise in 2D, 3D, and software, including Sketchup, Adobe AI, Adobe PS, and Adobe ID.
• Ability to balance many priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Expertise in Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software.
• A thinker who is creative and innovative.
• Good command of English.
