Job Description:

We are on behalf of our Client, a Retail business, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our company and ensuring its financial health and stability. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to the executive team

- Manage cash flow and ensure adequate funding for operations

- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and investors

- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

- Provide financial guidance and support to other departments and team members

- Lead and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals and expectations and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the company's growth and expansion plans

- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the company

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferable retail or F&B business.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful financial strategies

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws

- Proven experience in build Finance system is a plus

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
