Job Overview:
We are on behalf of our Client, an international chemical company, seeking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join Vietnam team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for the company. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
6. Train and motivate the sales team to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
7. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of business.
8. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in chemical ingredients business, with at least 3 years' experience in coatings or ink.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
7. Knowledge of the Vietnam market and industry trends.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
9. Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
10. Ability to travel when necessary.
