Job Description

Control all Maintenance activities for electricity power supply and Automation system at factory such as: Workflow system main process at production area, Transformer station, Distribution cabinet, Solar electrical, Generator, BMS system for HVAC system. More details as below:

- Plan to complete all PM task within scope of work;

- Assign PM task/work order to Helper and control work quality;

- Control and complete all activities on IFS system (Software for Maintenance);

- Ensure that all key spare part as scope of work is available and within Max/Min;

- Control and fix all issue happen related to scope of work;

- Implement the breakdown analysis to find the root cause on each issue;

- Work with foreign experts who provided the automation system for factory to perform the remote service;

- Lead for calibration on all equipment at factory;

- Lead the procedure related to control the software and industrial network security for all automation system at factory;

- Complete all actions from HSEQ, JOS, 5S, MOC, ISO, WP which related to scope of work;

- Support to improvement project at factory.

Requirement

• University graduate with technical background in Automation/ Electricity;

• At least 5 years of experience in the related fields/ industries and having experience with automation system is preferable;

• Knowledge of HMI/ PLC/ Ex (explosion-proof) equipment, Inverter, Servo motor AutoCAD/ ISO/CMMS/HSE and 5S is a must;

• At least 05 years of experience working for foreign investment company;

• Good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English;

• Good problem-solving skills;

• High level of ownership, initiative, responsibility, strong integrity, Hardworking and positive attitude;

• Desire to learn and ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment.
