Requirements
- A degree in computer science or information technology.
- Experience or training as a network engineer.
- Experience or training with Microsoft Cloud applications & Windows Operating Systems.
- Advanced English skills (minimum: IELTS 6.5 / TOEIC 945 / TOEFL iBT 90, or equivalent).
Optional
- Training or experience as a security engineer is preferred but not required.
Day to Day Tasks
- Company uses an outsourced provider to service the firms IT needs. You will need to communicate with the IT consultant regarding issues company team members have, track and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with the IT consultant to have software & application updates completed to minimize team disruption and optimize user experience.
- Assist in updating various firm documents for changes in the IT structure (such as Information & Security policy).
- Provide feedback and assist in creating surveys for company team members on IT consultant performance.
- For new or existing employees, manage the delivery date of new hardware and ensure that the IT checklist has been executed by IT consultant.
- Test new applications and software as discussed with COO.
- Manage daily IT processes to ensure that files are retrieved or saved as required, and that automated processes do not experience errors.
